Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process your refund or replacement. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging an item. If you opt for a replacement, an additional shipping fee will be required.

Custom orders, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
